Free Priority Shipping on Orders Over $50!
- All of our orders are shipped via USPS every business day at 5pm PST. Orders submitted after that will be shipped out the following business day. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
- Orders with undeliverable shipping addresses that are returned back to us can be reshipped to a corrected address at the buyer’s expense.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is undeliverable as addressed, a refund will only be issued after the package arrives back to us.
- Once the package arrives back to us, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
- For international buyers, if the package is returned for non-payment of customs/import fees, the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
- Packages returned back to us 60 days after the purchase date may not be eligible for full refund.
International Buyers Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and other regional charges are not included in the shipping charge. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

At Niv’s Bling, our top priority is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our store, you may return the item within 30 days of your purchase for an exchange or refund under these conditions:
- A 15% restocking fee is charged for returned items unless the return is due to our error.
- Items not returned in all original packaging will have an extra 10% fee on top of the 15% restocking fee.
- You must pay the return shipping expense unless the return is due to our error.
- Returns after 14 days of purchase are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of receiving the item.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition with all packaging materials.
- Items returned not in original packaging or condition will be send back to the buyer (unless you are returning a defective item in which you received defective).
We cannot accept returns on any used, damaged, or altered items. Our policies are firm, but we will do everything we can to work with you to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience at Niv’s Bling.
To start a return, please send us a message with your order id along with a brief description for the return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within a business week, but may depend on your card issuer’s policies.
